Would you ever tie your dog up in public and leave it behind?  Have you seen a dog left in the cold?  Have you done anything about it?

I like this story. Some dog owners leave their pets out far too long. However, it doesn't bother me if a dog is tied up outside while the owner jumps into a store for a couple minutes. Besides, most Elmwood Village patrons are some of the best dog owners.

  • agreed dogs are tough animals, you should make a story about over babying dogs. $40 dollar haircuts and so on.

God... isn't skunkpost dead yet? You'd think that a site with this horrendous content and such an enormous marketing budget that includes billboards, TV ads, and phone book covers would've went under by now. This is terrible. Stop trying. You're giving Buffalo a worse name than it already had.
