Hasn’t it happened to all of us? You get an annoying text from someone you know. Then you get another one. Then you get hundreds and hundreds of them.
Okay, so fortunately that doesn’t happen to too many of us. But it happened to a Chautauqua County woman. So she sent him a message. An arrest warrant.
She went to the sheriff’s department and told them she had received hundreds of unwanted text messages from a Fredonia man. So deputies arrested the guy.
He’s charged with second-degree harassment. Oh and by the way, he’s not just a stupid teenager…he’s 37 years old. Isn’t that too old to be a texter stalker?
But at least he wasn’t texting while driving. Because you know, that’s now against the law in New York State. Even though cops can't pull you over for it. Remember this moron?
